Google plus is one of the most important social network for any Internet site. With Google search plus world feature, when ever you share a content on your Google plus profile or Google plus page, you will be able to increase the visibility of your article to your Google plus followers. Until now, there was no way to auto publish blog to Google plus page automatically and it was a limitation. With Google plus buttons you can only share content to your Google+ profile, but
for pages you had to do everything manually. Manually sharing content is always a good idea, as you can add your personal comment and add more engagement to socially shared stuff, but with increasing number of Social networking site, automation is our best friend.

Hootsuite offers free and pro account and this new Google plus auto posting feature is available on Free account too. If you have not yet created a Hootsuite account, go ahead and sign up for a Free account. Once, you are done signing up, next step is to start adding your social network accounts for auto posting. You can add many other accounts like Facebook pages, Twitter, LinkedIn, WordPress, Foursqaure and many more. Click on your avatar on top left and browse to bottom to add a new Social network. Select option which says “Connect with Google plus“.
Once you click on connect, a pop-up will appear and you need to allow Hootsuite access to your Google plus page. Once you have granted the Hootsuite access, it will show all your Google+ pages and you can add them one by one to your Hootsuite dashboard. Free account have limitations of number of Social network you can connect to and if you wish to use multiple pages and feeds, I recommend you to grab hootsuite pro account, which is reasonably priced.
Once you have added the page, go to settings > RSS feed and add a new feed. Here we need to add few details and most important is Your RSS Feed and Social network site, where you wish to share. Since we configuring auto post to Google plus page, simply add your blog feed URL and in Social network dropdown, select Google plus page. You can also set frequency of publishing and how many items you want to share at one go.
Click on save feed and you are done. Now, hootsuite will automatically check your Blog feed for updates and as soon as you upload a new post, it will automatically posted on Google plus page. You can join Lateststories4u Google plus page to connect with us on Google plus.

Google plus auto posting is one of those feature, which I have missed from long time and manually publishing was not very convenient earlier. Free Hootsuite account is limited to only 2 rss feed, so I recommend you to grab a $9.95/month pro account and increase your social networking and RSS item limit. It’s a price worth paying for.
